Our A team were unlucky against Nenagh AFC on Sunday. They conceded a late goal in injury time while pushing for an equaliser.
They have a big match this Sunday at 2pm away to Prospect Priory. This is a last 32 match in the Munster Junior Cup. All support appreciated.

An exciting game with the Aisling goalkeeper Brendan O'Brien even saving two penalties. Not one but two!
Under 15A Limerick FC 1 v Aisling Annacotty 1
Missing a number of key players due to illness, suspension and rugby commitments, our boys showed their determination and battling qualities to come away with a valuable point from a keenly contested game against a strong Limerick outfit. Despite the heavy pitch, both teams knocked the ball around well in the first half and though our hosts might have shaded it in terms of possession, we took the lead after 25 minutes when the alert Caimin Ayres capitalised on a goal keeping error to knock the ball home. Limerick changing things around at half time and were the dominant team in the second half. They levelled six minutes in when a knock back at the far post was deflected in for the equaliser. However, they were denied a winner through huge work rate from our players all around the pitch combined with an inspired performance from goalkeeper Donnacha O’Dalaigh who made a string of superb saves including an excellent double save midway through the half. This result means that the top four teams in the league have all dropped five points to date which will make for an intriguing run-in for the remainder of the season.
